PSA (formerly known as NSO) certificate is a requirement when enrolling for school, applying for passport or even getting a visa. The process is not as complicated as others think. It is just plain simple. Like what I've mentioned in my previous post about PSA Certificate, there are three ways on how you can attain it. First is through walk-in or personal appearance at their office. There are several locations throughout the Philippines so you can choose one. Second is through an online application. And the last one is through an accredited PSA store like SM Business Center.
Me personally, I always opt to go to their office which opens at 7:30 in the morning. (Just a heads up, there are always a long line so make sure you have snacks and drinks with you.)
